INTERNAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION STUDIES
To date, the most crucial rule in corporate life has been to ensure the satisfaction of external customers. Today, we know that internal customer satisfaction is as important as external customers for corporate efficiency. Satisfaction in the business relations of the departments with each other is one of the expansions of this subject. We conduct Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys to measure the level of service between departments within the organization.
Internal Customer Satisfaction Research Project Flow
A corporate-specific internal customer satisfaction questionnaire is composed based on the needs and expectations of the institution. While creating this survey, the DBE question bank is used.
Some general and open-ended questions are added to these questions by the DBE, which will enable the analysis to give more reliable results.
The survey is applied, either online or in a paper-and-pencil form.
The data is analyzed by our experts.
