Customer Satisfaction and Loyality Survey Project Flow
- According to the expectations and needs of the organization and proprietary, Employee Satisfaction and Loyalty Survey is created. DBE’s survey question bank is used for creating the survey.
- To provide getting more reliable results, some general and open-ended questions can be added.
- The survey is applied on-line or paper/pen to all empleyees involved in the project.
- Application data is analysed with the statistic and advanced statictic methods by DBE in all analysis process is analyzed by the DBE using statistics and advanced statistical methods. Suggestions are identified about the actions need to take and the prior areas need to intervene.
- Focus group workshops could be done to identify needs and take development plan suggestions of empleyees and also to clarify development areas and to measure outcomes of the survey analysis once again with the qualitative methods.
- Development plans are drawn up as a result of survey analysis (quantitative) and Focus Group analysis (quantitative) Strengths and areas requiring improvement of related companies will be identified. Intervention program can be done according to company’s requirement as an addittional project.
