Test / Inventory Development Services
DBE serves for the companies to develop test/inventory aiming at analysing the competencies determining future performance of a candidate made application for a certain position. Although there are standardized tests created after international studies and practices in Turkey, for certain positions, new tests can also be added to these packages or inventory with the joint decision of DBE and company. There are packages that used for measuring different competencies and positions.
Validity Study
Through validity studies, data from the tests and related testing are subjected to statistical analysis that examined whether they could distinguish between the different groups in the organization in terms of achievement levels. Tests would have supported their validity if they are able to identify differences between the groups.
Norm Group and the Ideal Job Profile Study
Comparing the candidates according to standard criteria, personality and talent evaluation of suitability in terms of features; aptitude tests for standard groups of people is possible with the creation of the ideal position profile for inventories. The purpose of the norm group study is to provide comparing people who performed test in accordance a standard system. The norms of the scores they receive from certain test of an organization’s employees, supports undertsanding new staff’s scores of that will be taken on the same tests of what is stated for the institution company. In Personality Inventory a similar study is done by “Ideal Position Profiles”. Personal Inventory is done by high performers of the relevant position in the company and with this groups result the “Ideal Position Profile” is created. DBE structures this Ideal Position Profile with the company’s needs and expectations, can be used in recruitment processes.
