360° Feedback Sytem Step and Reporting

I. Step: Preparetion of the system, organisation planning, observation scale creating by competency definition.

II. Step: Sending passwords to the assesssors for the application via www.dbe-online.com and application begins.

III. Step: Evaluation, collection of data, (automaticly by the system) preparetion for personal reports. Sharing reports with HR, related person and if required with the manager. There are 4 types of reports:

  1. Detailed Analysis Report
  2. Competency Analysis Report
  3. Written Observation Report
  4. Conclusion Report

IV. Step: Prepared feedback reports are shared with the individual interviews with the participants.

In order to take the the assessment results, once the qualitative method of assessing the outcomes more clearly identify employee’s needs of development areas, focus group studies can be done, the purpose of the development plan proposal.

As an option these can be done; advanced stages of coaching and giving supervision, the creation of personal development plans in detail, ensuring the implementation of the development plans and follow-up  if the actions are taken and the actions are successfully realised.

All work is being addressed within the outline of confidentiality and individual reports people themselves, there will not be shared with anyone outside of the organization’s pre-defined by the DBA project managers and consultants. The answers are saved automatically to the online system, contact names, and individual reports can not be displayed.
