BASIC MANAGEMENT SKILLS
To be a good manager, it is very important to acquire basic management skills as well as required knowledge. In this training, it is aimed to learn the methods and skills that will enable a manager to fulfill his responsibilities in different areas such as business, human relations, money and time management, with applications.
ADVANCED MANAGEMENT SKILLS
The main task of senior and mid-level managers is to achieve the set targets. The difficulty is to get these goals to be owned by the lower echelons. In this training, methods and information are shared with the participants who have management skills on how they can get support from their teams and how they can show their sense of ownership.
PERSONAL LEADERSHIP
Up until today, to create a corporate culture in companies, efforts have been made to start from the upper steps of the organizations and spread them to the lower levels. This understanding consisted of efforts to create a team suitable for the leader and to develop the competencies expected in these teams. In teams consisting of individuals having different competencies, the habits of the people who make up the team cause difficulties in realizing the expectations of the leader. In this training, it is shown how the team members, who will ensure the achievement of the team's expectations and the desired goals, can be productive and peaceful, and how to increase the belonging of the employees is shared. In this way, it is aimed to achieve the targets as a team faster and easier.
SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP
In this training, it is aimed to develop the understanding and approaches of "Situational Leadership" and to try and internalize practical application methods.
EFFECTIVE FEEDBACK
In this training, it is aimed that the participants will be able to transform the skills they have acquired in receiving and giving effective (positive or negative) feedback, which is an important topic of effective communication, into behavior through practices.
MENTORING
This training is structured to guide people who have reached a certain seniority in companies to transfer their experience and knowledge to younger people. It is especially aimed at answering the questions of what to focus on in business life and how to do it. On the other hand, it aims to show the reasons why human behavior can change.
CHANGE AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Institutions that can actively control the reactions to sudden developments by designing what can happen in the next stage in corporate life, quickly create solution-oriented team networks, and create a positive impact on the lives of their teams will ensure their economic sustainability. In the formation of this sustainability, there is a need for leaders who can effectively and quickly manage change and possible crises. This training aims to transfer theoretical knowledge and develop the competence of managing change and crisis with a model that combines theory with practice, with abundant and different applications and examples.
COACHING APPROACHES IN LEADERSHIP – COACH-LIKE LEADERSHIP
Studies in neuroscience for both employee engagement and emotionally intelligent leadership demonstrate the value of leaders who take a coaching approach in building successful organizations and getting the most out of their employees. With this training, 80% of which is practical, the participants will discover the meaning of the concept of leadership and coaching skills, understand different leadership styles with exercises, develop their own and their partner's visions, use coaching information while giving and receiving feedback, and make teamwork more effective with collaborative relationships.
MANAGER – LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Program consists of four modules from a systemic view to understand the individual as a whole. At the end of the process, the participants learn to integrate the process into themselves and their organizations with the leadership model they have developed by experiencing them. In addition to hands-on training to support behavior change and development in our leadership development program, there are also inter-module assignments and practical exercises in the workplace. With this training set, it is ensured that people first define what kind of leader they are and progress to the leadership they want to be by discovering themselves.
