Füsun Kılınçlar
Füsun Kılınçlar worked at market research organization Piar Gallup during her college years and later at Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi. After her graduation, she went to England and completed her education at the City of Bristol College. Returning to Turkey, she continued her career at Unilever Turkey. In addition to the managerial experience she gained in different positions in the finance department, she also took part in various international projects. After fifteen years of Unilever experience, she also worked as manager of the finance department at Uno Ekmek A.Ş.
Deciding that coaching is one of the most appropriate channels to share the knowledge and competence she has gained in national and international companies, Füsun completed her ICF-accredited coaching training, which she started in 2014, at Sola Unitas Coaching Academy.
After completing the Trainer's Challenge program and receiving the title of CSF (Certified Skillful Facilitator), Füsun continues to work as a professional coach and trainer with the title of ACC.
One of the best things she did as a coach was translating the book "Inner Game of Work" into Turkish under the name of "Mind Games in Business Life", whose author Timothy Gallwey is considered the father of coaching. She communicates with many readers on social media thanks to the book, and the comments she receives about the book make her very happy.
Füsun Kılınçlar, who is a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation), has coached in Turkish at ÇYDD (Association for Supporting Contemporary Life), GelecekDahaNet and Bizbizze, and English at Starters Hub, within the scope of voluntary projects.
Füsun's mission as a coach and trainer is "to help individuals in business life to create working environments where they feel happier and perform better". In order to realize this mission, she continues to work in the fields of executive coaching, team coaching in Turkish and English.
Married and mother of a son, Füsun also writes articles on personal development and career in her blog.
