16PF PERSONALITY AND VOCATIONAL ORIENTATION INVENTORY
The 16PF KIM Personality and Vocational Orientation Inventory is a personality inventory developed for young people aged 11-22.
It is an effective measurement tool in areas where personality plays an important role, such as choosing a career, adapting to education life, personal or social difficulties, or problems encountered in the development process.
The 16PF KIM personality and vocational orientation inventory can be used in counseling services for young people regarding their school, family, or personal problems. It can also be used by school psychologists and guidance counselors when creating career plans for young people.
It consists of two sub-reports; a personality, and career orientation report; and a psychological report. Each report includes sections for individuals and professionals.
The 16PF KIM personality and vocational orientation inventory consists of a single form of 205 questions. Although there is no time limit, the application approximately takes 65 minutes.
