Performance Improvement
Performance improvement is presenting a skill that person has ideally in own capacity frame. The person can control emotional and cognitive skills as well as performance improvement to form a basis for person’s self confidence. Performance shows up in different parts of life. Sport, college and university examination, performing arts, work environment are the most expected performance areas. Inadequate structual equipment, comparing own performance with others, focusing negatives, do not set a goal, anxiety, unrealistic expectation of others may affect person’s performance. Maximazing person’s performance in his own frame may need to take professional support.
